The website owner may revise or withdraw the Content, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.  The website owner may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting.  By using the site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and you agree to periodically visit this page to determine the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

Chelou accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days - NO REFUNDS, in-store credit ONLY.

Our goal is to provide our customers the best online shopping experience and guarantee your purchase satisfaction.  We take special care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and inspected before they are dispatched.  However, we strongly advise that all items are fitted upon receipt of your order to secure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

*Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.  All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:

  • Customer must contact us within 24 hours of delivery prior to returning your item.  Email:  chelou@shopchelou.com

  • Items must ship out the next business day.

  • Item must be in its original, unused, undamaged, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached.

  • The item is not on sale.  All sale items are FINAL SALE.

  • The item is not an Accessory.  All accessories are FINAL SALE. 

  • All Shoes must be returned in their original box, unworn and undamaged.  Please ship the shoes inside an additional protective shipping box.  If your shoe box is returned damaged, it will be ineligible for return, and unfortunately returned back to you.

If the criteria is not met or the returned items have been worn, damaged or altered from their original condition, the customer will be ineligible for a return/exchange and your item will be returned to you.  If all criteria is met within 7 business days, a store credit will be issued. NO REFUNDS.

Shipping

USPS is our preferred shipping carrier within the United States.  

Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding holidays) for Standard Delivery.  Once payment is authorized and verified, orders may take up to 48 business hours to process.  All Standard Delivery orders ship within 1-2 business days.  All orders placed on a Friday after 12:00pm PST will begin processing on the following business day. 

Express Mail is guaranteed for all orders placed by 12:00pm PST.  All orders placed before 12:00pm PST will be processed the same day.  All orders placed on a Friday after 12:00pm PST will begin processing on the following business day.  Express Mail items will be delivered within 1-2 days of the orders shipment.

Once the package has left our store and received by the post office,, you will be able to track all orders via confirmation email.  We are not liable for lost or damaged packages.  We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, or undeliverable addresses.

Note:  Free shipping promotion offers (when applicable) apply only to a United States address originating within the 48 states.  There will be a nominal fee if the shipping address is outside of the lower 48 states.

We ship worldwide using USPS First Class International.  Customer will be responsible for fees including duties & taxes, according to their country.  International orders may be subjected to customs delays.
